Bruxism Specialty
Bruxism is a condition in which a person grinds, gnashes or clenches their teeth. If a person has bruxism, he/she may unconsciously grind or clench their teeth during the day or in their sleep. In some people, bruxism can lead not just to damaged teeth, but also to headaches, and pain, tenderness or tightness in the jaw, face or ears.
Paula specializes in jaw, face and ear massage that reduces tightness and pain from bruxism. She focuses on the masseter muscle - the primary chewing muscle and one of the strongest muscles in the body - reducing inflammation, increasing circulation, and eliminating built-up toxins and waste.
Recommendation: Three 60-minute weekly sessions and then, together, assess your progress and further treatment needs.
